Project Viewer Lite is a special program that helps users to view Microsoft Project files. The software is designed for project stakeholders and relevant members of staff who need to get information about a project at any stage from its start to the end.

Using Project Viewer Lite

We needed to install the software with elevated privileges for it to function well, and the installation process was simple and fast. The program displayed an intuitive graphical user interface that was divided into two main panels. One panel allowed us to view the various steps in our project while the other displayed progress in the form of Gantt charts. Additionally, tabs on a small pane on the left side of the window gave access to various program features.

The customizable display gave us the chance to change the overall display, time links, grid lines, progress lines or the Gantt charts to match our project specifications.

The program lets the Project Manager have full control of the project while allowing various actions connected to the project, including making change requests and progress tracking. It can be used during or before the project review phase. It can switch among different languages depending on the preferences of staff or stakeholders, dynamically enabling cross-language and cross-border collaboration.
