If you want a lightweight image editor that you can use to perform basic editing tasks such as cropping, renaming, resizing and even applying watermarks to your pictures, then consider rEASYze. You can work with single or multiple images simultaneously.

This is a portable application that you simply extract from the downloaded ZIP archive and launch directly. The dark-themed user interface gives you the choice to choose between Easy and Pro modes in which the Pro mode offers more functions.

You may add images to the application using either drag and drop or Windows Explorer as indicated by the large buttons prominently displayed in the user interface.

When you add an image in the Pro mode, its preview appears in the interface. When you add multiple images, their names will be listed to the right of the preview pane, and clicking a name displays the image. You can clear all images by clicking the "X" above the list of image names.

You can resize images by specifying their widths and heights in pixels, choose orientation between landscape and portrait, and rotate them 90, 180, 270 or 0 degrees. You may also change the image format among JPG, PNG, TIF, GIF and BMP. You can also add grey or sepia filters if you want.

Once you have made all the adjustments that you want, then simply click the "Start" button to apply them and save the edited images. It is important to note that you can set the required changes before adding images and the application will automatically apply them.

A quick way to edit images in batches is to use rEASYze, a simple and user-friendly tool. If you simply want to resize images, then you can use the Easy mode. The Pro mode allows you to make other adjustments. You do not need to install the software which makes it easy to carry on a USB flash drive.
