While you can use different methods to transfer pictures between your iPhone or iPad and your computer, these methods are usually limited to the images in the Picture Roll. Fortunately, you can use DearMob iPhone Photo Manager to quickly transfer pictures from your iPhone to a computer. The intuitive photo manager also helps you to copy pictures to your iPhone and create a new album.

During the setup process, you may choose either express or custom installation depending on your experience and preferences. It takes only a few seconds for the program to install. Although you do not need iTunes installed on your system, you must have Apple mobile driver to use it.

The "Settings" tab allows you to make a few more custom configurations. For example, you may choose to disable or enable the replacement of existing files, change the destination for storing photos and clear the program cache. You may also restore default settings with just a single click.
