"Works just fine -- needs admin privs"

Pros: This program is Excellent, and I have been using it for years. It has restored my icons' layout many times after very bad screen 'mishaps.'

Cons: None, if you install it and run it correctly.

Other Thoughts: Yes, I've had some odd behaviors with this pgm until I ran it with admin Privileges and "took ownership" of the files. Just go to its install folder and modify the security settings for your username (run 'whoami' from a cmd prompt); don't forget to 'exit' from the pgm before modding the files. Once I did these things the pgm worked excellently -- I wouldn't be without it.
